Do I need to be vaccinated for COVID-19 to purchase a Travel Package or VIP ticket and attend the event?

In the best interest of fans and staff, the Event Organizer will continue to monitor local COVID-19 trends and meet or exceed protocols mandated by local governments. By purchasing tickets to this event, you agree to abide by the health and safety measures in effect at the time of the event, which may include wearing masks, providing proof of vaccination status and/or providing proof of negative COVID-19 test. Government mandates, venue protocols, and event requirements are subject to change. For more information, please visit the venue’s website where you plan to or have purchased tickets.

Can I acquire accessible seating as part of the Travel Package or VIP program?

Availability and type of accessible seating tickets will vary based on each venue’s policies. If you would like to inquire about Accessible Seating as part of your purchase, please reach out to us at [email protected] immediately after purchase. We will go over all available options. Be sure to include the purchaser’s name, show date and venue, order number and package type, and specific accessibility request when emailing us.

Can I use my 100x package for a promotional giveaway?

No. Please see our Purchase Policy for more details.

VIP

How do I place my order?

All Single Barrel and Small Batch VIP Experience tickets must be purchased online. VIP tickets for Tampa, FL, Arlington, TX and Houston, TX will be available as part of the presale starting on Tuesday, December 12th from 10AM to 10PM local venue time. You will need a presale code in order to access tickets on this date. After you click the package button for your desired date, city and venue, you will be directed to our ticketing partners and will need to enter your presale code in order to make and finalize your order. VIP tickets for Tampa, and Houston will be made available to the public on Friday, December 15th at 10AM local venue time, and at 12PM local venue time on Friday, December 15th for Arlington. At this time, no code will be required for purchase.
VIP tickets for all other show dates are currently on sale now.

How can I get a presale access code?

In order to participate in the artist presale on Tuesday, December 12th for Tampa, FL, Arlington, TX and Houston, TX, you will need a presale code. You can get the presale code by signing up for Chris Stapleton’s fan club on his website. A presale code will be emailed to you.

Do the Single Barrel and Small Batch VIP Experiences have an age restriction?

The age policy varies by venue, but most shows are open to all ages. Please check your local event venue’s website for more information.  

Can I choose either a Premium Reserved seat or General Admission ticket during checkout for the Single Barrel VIP Experience?

Yes! Guests will have the opportunity to select either a premium reserved seat or a GA Pit / Floor ticket depending on the venue.

What is a General Admission ticket?

General Admission (GA) are tickets with no seats assigned to them. The GA ticket included in the Single Barrel Experience is GA Pit/ Floor which is closest to the stage or in the Small Batch Experience, the ticket is GA Lawn, which is on the lawn behind the seats in the amphitheater. Our VIP tickets include early entry to the venue for GA Pit and GA Lawn which allows GA guests to have first access to the pit or lawn.

What is a Premium Reserved ticket?

A Premium Reserved ticket is an assigned seat. During the purchase process, you will see the location of your premium reserved seat prior to completing your order.

If I purchase a Platinum ticket, is that the same as VIP?

Platinum tickets are not VIP tickets. Platinum tickets do not include access to the VIP amenities or areas at the venue. Please be mindful when completing your purchase, and be sure to use the filter feature on the ticket provider’s website so you purchase the correct VIP package.

How will I receive my VIP tickets for the show?

VIP purchasers will be notified on ticket delivery during the purchase process. Ticket delivery methods vary from venue to venue. Please note you will not receive your electronic or will call tickets until 72-hours prior to the show you purchased tickets for.

When will I receive information about the Single Barrel and Small Batch Experiences check-in?

More information and further instructions including the check-in location and schedule will be emailed to the purchaser, at the email address used for purchase, 5-7 days before the event. These details may vary per show depending on the artist and venue schedules. 

How will I receive my merchandise included in my package?

All merchandise will be distributed at the 100x VIP check-in on the day of the show and must be picked up then!
Please note we cannot ship merchandise before or after the show.

Where can I keep my merchandise during the show?

There is no onsite storage for guest merchandise. Guests will need to keep merchandise on their person, or leave it at their seat at their own discretion. We are not liable for any misplaced merchandise.

Is parking included in the VIP packages?

Single Barrel and Small Batch VIP Experiences do not include parking. Please check your local event venue’s website for more information regarding venue parking and details. 

Is there a bag policy?

Bag policies vary from venue to venue. Please check your local event venue’s website for more information on their bag policy and details.

Is there a VIP ticket purchase limit?

Yes, there is a four (4) ticket limit for the presale and six (6) ticket limit after the public on-sale for VIP packages

What if my plans change and I no longer want my purchased VIP package?

All 100x VIP packages are non-refundable. Please refer to our Purchase Policy for more details.

Travel

How do I place my order?

All Chris Stapleton Travel Packages must be purchased online. Travel Packages for Arlington, TX and Houston, TX will go on sale Tuesday, December 12th at 10AM local venue time. After you click on the Travel Package with your desired city, date and package type, you will be directed to our ticketing partner to make and finalize your order.

Travel Packages for San Diego, CA, Minneapolis, MN, Seattle, WA, and Nashville, TN are on sale now.

Is the price listed on the website the total price or price per person?

The price listed on our website for Travel Packages is the price for (2) guests, not including fees. Please note – If you are purchasing a Travel Package for Arlington, TX or Houston, TX before Friday, January 19, 2024, the price you’ll pay at checkout is only 60% of the total package cost (see payment plan below).

If you are purchasing a Travel Package for San Diego, CA, Minneapolis, MN, Seattle, WA, and Nashville, TN, you will be charged the full package price at the time of purchase.

Do the Chris Stapleton Travel Packages have an age restriction?

Yes, all Travel Packages have an age restriction of 21+ to check in at the hotel. Those under 21 can still occupy a room and attend the show; however, the primary booker of the reservation must be 21+ for hotel check-in. Valid photo identification is required.

Do the Chris Stapleton Travel Packages come with tickets to the show?

Yes, all Travel Packages include two (2) tickets to the concert (exact dates listed below). Depending on the package you select, you will either have the option of Single Barrel VIP tickets, with the choice of either Premium Reserved or GA Pit / Floor tickets, OR standard Premium Reserved / GA tickets which do not include VIP amenities. 

San Diego – Concert is on Saturday, March 2nd
Minneapolis – Concert is on Saturday, April 6th
Arlington – Concert is on Saturday, June 15h
Seattle – Concert is on Saturday, July 27th
Nashville – Concert is on Friday, August 9th
Houston – Concert is on Saturday, August 24th

Is there a payment plan for these Travel Packages?

Yes, there is a payment plan for Travel Packages in Arlington, TX and Houston, TX! An initial 60% will be charged upon purchasing the package, and a final 40% payment will automatically be charged to the form of payment on file on Friday, January 19, 2024. If you purchase after January 19, 2024, you will be charged the full payment amount at the time of purchase. This is an automatic payment plan if you purchase before January 19, 2024, meaning you’re on the plan by simply clicking “purchase”!

If you are purchasing a Travel Package for San Diego, CA, Minneapolis, MN, Seattle, WA, and Nashville, TN, a payment plan option is not available and you will be charged the full package price at the time of purchase.

When will I receive information about 100x Travel Package check-in?

More information and further instructions including check-in location and schedule will be emailed to the purchaser, at the email address used for purchase, 5-7 days before the event.

How will I receive my merchandise included in the Travel Package?

All merchandise will be distributed at the 100x check-in on the day of your hotel check-in and must be picked up then!
Please note we cannot ship merchandise before or after the show.

If I purchased the Chris Stapleton Super VIP Travel Package Experience, when will I receive more information about the transportation included?

More information will be provided regarding SUV transportation in the email sent to the purchaser, at the email address used for purchase, 5-7 days before the event. Please note that transportation will not be private to your party.

What time is check-in and check-out at the available hotels?

There is no guarantee that you will be able to check in earlier than the hotel’s standard check-in time. If you need to arrive at the hotel early, we will work with the hotel to make sure that your bags can be stored and easily accessible until your check-in time. 100x abides by the hotel’s standard policy:

What parking is available at the hotels?

100x Travel Packages do not include parking or cover parking expenses. To find details and rates for parking, please visit the individual websites of the hotels. You can refer to the summary below, but please note that 100x is not accountable for parking fees, and any pricing adjustments are entirely determined by the hotel.

San Diego, CA

  • Pendry San DiegoOffers valet parking for $51 per night. Self-parking is available at various lots around the area but are not affiliated with the hotel. 
  • San Diego Marriott Gaslamp QuarterOffers daily valet parking for $60 per car/ per day with in-and-out privileges

Minneapolis, MN

  • W Minneapolis – The FoshayOffers daily valet parking for $49 per car per day

  • Live! By Loews – Arlington Texas – Offers valet parking for $38 overnight and self-parking for $28 including taxes but without in and out privileges. On event days, rates fluctuate based on local events. Please call the hotel for exact parking rates.

  • Renaissance Seattle Hotel Offers onsite self-parking for $50 per day or valet parking for $63 per day

Nashville, TN

  • 1 Hotel NashvilleOffers valet parking for $60 per night with in-and-out privileges
  • Hyatt Centric NashvilleOffers valet parking for $55 per night
  • Renaissance NashvilleOffers onsite valet parking for $62 per day with in-and-out privileges. Self-parking options available nearby but not affiliated with the hotel.

Houston, TX

  • Four Seasons Hotel Houston – Offers overnight valet for $50 per car and daily valet parking for $32 per car. No self-parking is available. 
  • Marriott Marquis Houston – Offers valet parking for $65 per day, overnight valet parking for $65 and self-parking at the Avenida North Parking Garage for $40 per night with unlimited in-and-out privileges. For more information on parking and hourly rates, please visit the hotel’s website.

Can I book additional nights at the hotel with my package? If so, how can I do this?

If you would like to stay longer than your Travel Package dates, you will need to book your additional nights as a separate reservation through the hotel directly. Please make sure you select the same room type purchased with your Travel Package. Once you have booked additional nights, you can email us at [email protected] to request to connect the reservations. We will do our best to work with the hotel to accommodate! All requests must be submitted to 100x one (1) month prior to your check-in date.

I purchased a travel package as a gift and will not be in attendance. How can the gift recipient redeem the package on my behalf?

Any Travel Package transfer request must be submitted to 100x via email one (1) month prior to your check-in date. 

If you are wishing to gift your package to someone else, you will need to reach out to us using the email address you used to purchase your Travel Package in order to update the will call name. Please reach out to us at [email protected] and confirm your event, email used for purchase, order number, and package type along with the new ticket holder’s name, email address and phone number in order for our team to update the reservation. Once you have notified us one month prior to the check-in date, the new package holder will be able to check in to their hotel room, pick up their event merchandise at the hotel, and claim the concert tickets associated with their Travel Package!

Please note: Travel Package transfers include the entire package (hotel stay, merchandise gifts and show tickets) and cannot be separated.

What if my plans change and I no longer want my purchased Travel Package experience?

All 100x Travel Packages are non-refundable. Please refer to our Purchase Policy for complete details. That being said, we’d like to do our best to make your experience better so if you reach out to us, and we have a waiting list, we may be able to take the package back. We cannot refund the ticketing fees if we are able to issue a refund on the package price.
